Villa Coral Executive is a brand new exclusive villa in Paros with 3 bedrooms, offering privacy; it is spacious with elegant furniture. Its architecture is traditional Cycladic with local white stones and blue windows. Coral executive is ideally located in the coastal area of Filizi overlooking Santa Maria – the most famous beach of Paros – the sparkling waters of the Aegean Sea and at the far end of the horizon the island of Naxos. The villa is close to picturesque Naoussa, probably the most famous and cosmopolitan destination of Paros, a truly genuine Greek gem.

The villa offers direct access to blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Soak up the sun next to the 45 sq meters swimming pool and dive into the crystal waters with absolute privacy. The villa is built in three levels and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. On the main floor (lower level), there is an open plan style kitchen and a spacious living room with fire place and a full equipped rustic style lounge. A sliding white door separates the 2 master bedrooms with king size beds from the living room. The wonderful private pool “dominates” this level.

The bathroom is made from granite and the shower cabin from crystal. All bathrooms furniture are wooden the porcelains are Italian. On the ground floor there is a well decorated living room with direct access to the pool. On the first floor there is the third master bedroom with a king size bed and white furniture while the balcony offers stunning views. There is also a small lobby right outside the bedroom with a sofa bed. The bathroom is on the same style as the one on the living room level. The entire plot is 1.000 sq meters and the villa can accommodate a minimum of 6 guests. There is a parking space for 2 cars.
