Villa Fioretta is ideally located for guests that wish to maintain their privacy and serenity. Τhe village of Marmaro (meaning ''Marble'' in Greek) is located west of the island of Corfu, 20km of the Corfu town. Narrow lanes, old houses, yards with vine arbors and traditional coffee shops, compose the scenery in the picturesque Marmaro which has very low scale touristic development. In the center of Marmaro there is the traditional church of Agia Marina which dates back to 1613 and it is celebrated on 17th July every year.
From Marmaro, you can easily access Liapades village (6km) one of the prettiest and most traditional villages of Corfu – also famous for its local wine, Giannades village – a large mountainous village with spectacular panoramic view to the prairie of Ropas.
From Marmaro village you can also easily reach the beautiful beach of Ermones (6,5km), a secluded cove surrounded by high cliffs. Ermones is a truly a majestic beach with deep crystal clear waters.
Another beautiful beach – believed to be the most idyllic beach of Corfu – namely Rovinia (7km from Marmaro), can be accessed by car or through a hiking path from Liapades village. Rovinia stands out for its natural beauty, its deep blue waters and the cave shaped rocks on its sides.
