Giorgos has an extensive experience as a Sous-chef in highly reputable catering establishments and has as developed an excellent knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine, with a special master in that of the Italian cuisine. During the recent years his passion and obsession has led him to engage and master the diverse Indian cuisine. His specialty is creating succulent dishes from a live cooking station, where pasta or risotto, BBQ or hog roast are being prepared in sight of the guests from the station.
