Profile

Nikos was born in the capital of Greece, Athens in 1965. His parents were form Kythira, Crete, Asia Minor and Andros. All his life, Nikos has been following his parents’ life advice: Not to work in order to make ends meet but always to be creative through work.

Nikos had his first “encounter” with a professional kitchen as a child when his father was working the in the American Club Kifisia as an electrician. The experience was so enchanted, and it was back then when he decided to become a professional chef.

At the early 1980s, music became Nikos’ expression, so he formed a rock band and played live at the first Burger Houses that opened in Greece. His musical career ended up when the band broke up. However, Nikos discovered many common elements between music and cooking. He attended professional cooking courses at school of tourism and hospitality. His culinary education gave him the robust foundations to express himself through cooking, always aiming for the best in what he does.

Private Chef Nikos’ vast experience is obtained through private cooking in various luxury villas throughout Greece, as well as large catering events such as weddings, parties, conferences and seminars. Nikos and his efficient and passionate team provide the best Private Chef Services in Mykonos and beyond and the result is always nothing less than perfect.

Chef Nikos works both with preset menus and fully customized cooking on demand, adapting the menus according to the preferences of each guest.

The preset menus are carefully composed to satisfy even the most demanding guests. If you wish to book one of Nikos’ suggested menus, you just need to follow the booking procedure on the menus section by selecting the menu, the date, number of guests and location of service.

When it comes to the fully customized private cooking, we need to be informed on your wishes, dietary habits and any allergies or limitations in order to provide you with a number of safe and delicious menus to choose from.
