We love everything about the Greek summer. The longer days, the warm nights, the cold watermelon, the iced tea, iced coffees, cold cocktails, chilled beer – everything cold, open windows, loud discussions and laughter on the doorsteps, flip flops, the smell of sunscreen, this magical hour that we wish it could last forever on the changeover between the day and night when the heat goes down and the sky is painted with myriads of sunset colours, the overnight philosophical discussions on the balconies until the early hours of the morning. We even love the noisy cicadas! However, the best summer feeling is swimming under the starry sky on a warm August night. We wouldn't exchange this magical sensation for anything in the world.
