Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Damage Deposits

Please make sure that there is no damage, breakage, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas or hotel rooms left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the villas’/hotels’ telephone and no other outstanding charges upon check out.

You, as the guest, agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your guests or families adhere to the rules and regulations affecting your property.

All villas/hotels are fully furnished, including a plentiful supply of bed linens and towels for guests’ use. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is strictly prohibited. Please note that holiday properties have different rules.

Alargo will be providing all rules in writing to you along with our terms and conditions once accepting ‘I have read and agreed the Alargo Terms & Conditions’ check box. If a property owner / manager reports to us damage, breakage, missing items, villas left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the villas telephone etc., Alargo reserves the right to provide the property owner with your contact details in order to resolve the issue directly.

Check-in and Check-out Times

The check-in and check-out times will be provided on your confirmation, as every villa or hotel has its own check-in and check-out policies.

Liability

Alargo acts as an agent for villa and hotel accommodation and does not assume any liability for personal or property loss and damage or injury during guests' occupancy of their villa or hotel.

Guests are responsible for their accommodation during occupancy, must lock windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises, and must exercise due care in securing all personal property.

All villas and hotels are privately owned. The villa owner and Alargo reserve the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their discretion.

Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the accommodation provided by Alargo, unless stated otherwise.

Cleaning

All villas / hotels are cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. Some villas also include a mid-week cleaning service. Every holiday property has a different cleaning policy. Details about cleaning will be included in your voucher and/or referred on our website.

Complaints & Maintenance

In case of maintenance problems at your holiday property, the guests shall notify the villa owner or manager, who will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible.

No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances etc. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to their villa / hotel immediately.

Special functions

Alargo wishes to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults and couples only!

Special functions such as weddings are allowed, but only with written permission from the villa or hotel owners. Guests shall be respectfully quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb the local residents in the area.

Parties and other social events are not allowed unless otherwise specified and always with the written consent of the accommodation owner/manager.

Number of guests

Please respect the maximum number of guests allowed in each property as specified on your Booking Voucher. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate guests that were not initially included in your Voucher.

Additional guests not included in the Voucher may only be accommodated with the written consent of the accommodation owner/manager and only after the payment of any applicable additional charges.
